Key Launcher's Agenda Sheet is optimized to handle years of calendar data without impacting your device's memory or battery life.
ISO Week Grouping
The timeline scroll view is organized chronologically by week:
- Events are grouped under clean Week Headers (e.g., Week of Monday, June 19).
- Days without any events, holidays, or birthdays are omitted to preserve a clean, compact layout.
Dynamic Month Title
- As you scroll up or down through the timeline, Key Launcher reads the date of the top visible item.
- The header title (e.g., June, 2026) automatically updates in real-time to match the month of the week you are currently viewing.
Performance: Load More Mechanism
To avoid loading thousands of past/future events at once (which degrades scroll performance):
- Initial Load: The launcher queries only 30 days of calendar data when the sheet is first opened.
- Incremental Append: Scroll to the bottom of the timeline list and tap the Load More button.
- Preserved Scroll State: Key Launcher appends the next 30 days of events to the list on a background thread without resetting your scroll position.
