Double-Tap to Lock Screen
Double-tap any empty area of the Key Launcher home screen to instantly lock your device — no need to reach for the power button.
Enabling
- Go to Settings > Features tab.
- Toggle on Double-tap to lock screen.
- If Accessibility Service is not yet enabled, the launcher will prompt you to turn it on. Go to your device's Accessibility Settings, find Key Launcher, and enable it.
info This feature requires the Accessibility Service permission. Key Launcher uses it solely to trigger the system lock-screen action — it does not read screen content or monitor keystrokes. See Essential System Permissions.
Usage
Once enabled, simply double-tap on any blank space on the home screen (not on an app icon or the keyboard area) and your device locks immediately.
This pairs well with Super Focus mode as a quick way to lock the phone when stepping away from your desk.
